After thirty years of development in the block, which has been a key asset for Tecpetrol, particularly at the outset of its activities, the Agua Salada field has recently hit new oil production targets, among other milestones. The story behind these remarkable results. 

The new oil production processing plant has just started up, bringing tangible benefits to the community as part of a more long-term development project, including a drilling plan.

Thanks to exploring data science, Tecpetrol has developed a Recommendations System to improve drilling efficiency at its operations in Fortín de Piedra and El Tordillo.

On January 3, the first induction course was held in virtual format for over 200 university students selected to take part in the company’s Summer Educational Practices 2022.

The Diversity program has won the top Incluye Prize for 2021which distinguishes the best Diversity and Inclusion practices of the year. The Tecpetrol program was chosen from among over fifty initiatives underway in companies in Mexico that are members of the Incluye Forum, working to promote ideas for an inclusive culture.

Jorge Dimópulos, Director of Strategic Planning of the Tecpetrol Energy Transition Unit, spoke at the special event organized by EconoJournal to discuss the challenges heralded by the energy transition and analyze where Argentina stands as it faces this new paradigm.

At the event held to commemorate the twentieth anniversary of the ProPymes Program, Paolo Rocca underscored the importance of supporting small and medium-sized companies in the communities where the Techint Group operates.
