Our programs


  • Young Professionals

    Our program is a classic. It lasts 24 months and allows you to rotate at least once between different areas according to your profile.

    The Young Professionals program has been the springboard for many of our directors and managers.

    In addition to acquiring management know-how, the program makes a point of transmitting our values and vision of the business, showcasing our results and customer-oriented approach, the kind of leadership we value and our culture of teamwork.  What do you need? Here are the requirements:

    • Graduate with a university degree.
    • Less than 3 years of work experience in your profession.
    • Availability to rotate to any Tecpetrol operation, within the country where you live.
    • Working knowledge of English.
  • Internships

    These internships offer you the opportunity to take your first steps in the world of work, including the chance to later join our Young Professionals program.

    • Summer internships: This is a 3 month-program, which generally runs from January to March of each year.

    The requirements are:

    - More than 70% of degree subjects passed

    - Availability to work 20 or 40 hours a week.

    - Availability to work at other Tecpetrol locations.

    • Ordinary internships: They usually last 6 months and may be renewed, according to the legislation of each country. The work schedule may either be part or full time, at any time of the year. 

    The requirements are:

    - More than 50% of degree subjects passed

    - Availability to work 20 or 40 hours a week.

  • Professionals

    Bringing together diverse experiences and knowledge makes us stronger and more effective as a team as well as contributing to our growth.

    Our carefully-planned on boarding process focuses on adaptation when entering the company to tackle a new professional challenge. Each professional receives the requisite external and internal training to help them craft and develop their career, with accompaniment every step of the way.

    The requirements are:

    • To have graduated from university.
    • With over 3 years of work experience in your profession.
  • Operators and Technicians

    For people with secondary and/or technical level training, there are specific positions to gain new experience.

    The program allows you to participate in training sessions which are oriented to the needs of each area, complemented by management content to enhance your training experience.
