We evaluate 83 requirements aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and API Q2 standards to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement.

This helps us to define the supplier's situation per Article Group and carry out action plans accordingly.

Our ProPymes initiative is made up of consultancy and technical training programs for SMEs.

It provides consultancy opportunities in line with the development of the implementation of the 83 requirements evaluated in the Rating.

The training sessions are split up between general training and technical and operational skills.

They also include special project development courses, aimed at incorporating new businesses or products through mentoring programs and specific consultancies.

We evaluate the supplier's contract management and monitor the service orders, assessing the results of satisfaction surveys as well as their overall performance.

We accompany our suppliers as much as possible, as we value their capacity to respond to our needs, their desire for continuous improvement, and their long-term growth.

We support their actions, incorporating them into the consulting program wherever possible.

We periodically analyze where each supplier has got to, checking to see whether they were properly identified, if the rating process was effective and development and management actions sufficient, with a view to assessing whether improvements have been achieved.
