The sixth year of the popular TecnoAventura, an initiative originally designed to bring school leavers closer to industry in the energy segment, attracted more than 500 participants, including fifth-year students and their teachers from state technical schools in Neuquén, Rincón de los Sauces and Añelo.
At Tecpetrol Colombia, as part of a plan to extend lateral well branch lengths, the team has just completed the longest horizontal branch of a geosteered well ever drilled in the country, reaching a total of 3,000 feet, or some 914 meters.
