The Techint Group has placed 18^th in the ranking of the 25 best companies to work for in 2023, thanks to its drive to promote professional careers in the country and accompanying its employees in their professional development.

LinkedIn Top Companies held a survey to identify the 25 best companies in Argentina for professional growth, homing in on those that work to promote professional career development in the country and accompany their employees on their development path.

In the second edition of this survey, the Techint Group placed 18 in the ranking thanks to these special features:

> Most frequent positions: Mechanical Technician, Process Engineer, Administrative Assistant

> Areas with the most workers: Operations, Engineering, Information Technology

The list is compiled on the basis of exclusive LinkedIn data that takes into account different aspects of professional development. The methodology analyzes various factors, such as employee career development, both in the company and when they leave it, skills acquisition and staff layoffs and turnover rates.
