Alpha Lithium, a Tecpetrol company

In 2023, Tecpetrol acquired 100% of Alpha Lithium Corporation’s shares, consolidating its strategy to enter the lithium business. This acquisition included projects in three salt flats in the province of Salta, Argentina: El Tolillar, Salar del Hombre Muerto, and Arizaro.
